By creating an Everfive account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Everfive.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Everfive. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
You keep ownership of the reviews, photos, and other content you submit to Everfive. By uploading a photo or other content (for example, a review photo or a profile photo), you grant Everfive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and reasonably promoting the app — for example, showing your review photo on a place page, or your profile photo in the You tab and to people who follow you.
You confirm that you own the content you upload, or have permission to share it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights (including copyright) or contain anything illegal, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. Please don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
Use Everfive honestly. Don't post fake reviews, impersonate someone else, scrape or misuse the app's data, or try to interfere with how it works.
Everfive's Fit Scores and recommendations are generated by an automated system (including AI models) based on your stated preferences and behavior. They're meant to help you find places you'll like — they are not a guarantee of quality, safety, availability, or price, and Everfive isn't responsible for your experience at any hotel or restaurant it recommends.
Everfive may link out to third-party sites (for example, a hotel's own booking page) to let you check rates or book. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices — Everfive isn't responsible for what happens once you leave the app.
Everfive is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everfive isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll do our best to let you know in the app. Continuing to use Everfive after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
